Colors, let's see...I think a very light brown (or dirty blonde, perhaps) for hair

Skin: Standard peach skin (though I'm trying to imagine her black and/or Inuit as well)
Hair: Very light brown (maybe dirty blonde)
Eyes: Green
Dress: Yellow-Orange, or maybe a more-yellow-than-green chartreuse
Apron: White
Shoes: Red

Them's my initial thoughts.
