A revamp of my old character, Raz.
He used to have this weird "mullet" thing going on, but I cut it off because I was tired of trying too hard to create super special unique hairstyles.
I was like "stop it, me"
So now he has normal poofy short hair but still has a weird eye, since he's a hypnotist and a dragon.

I should draw his dragon form next idk
