feeling really conflicted right now because I really want to play/have the time to play but I hate playing against the free champs this week (mostly fizz/leblanc in mid) so I'm trying to wait it out T__T

Try a different lane? Fizz and LB are pretty hard in lane, but LB should fall off late game if you build MR and Fizz isn't super tanky either.
There are good guides out there that provide matchup information that could be helpful. c:
Also, if you want we could 1v1 mid so you can get practice in facing the super bursty casters. xDD (It'd be my first time playing them, though.)

idk it's just that I'm really easily spooked in lane and then I fall behind on farming, and everything goes downhill from there. D| If you could link some guides or videos on strategy/how to maneuver that would be awesome @ v@ because honestly I don't even know what to look for lol...

#1 rule of solo lanes
-don't be afraid to make plays.
Sometimes being the aggressor will help you win the lane. Especially if you're ranged vs. melee; you can AA (auto-attack) them when they come up to last hit if you're not going to miss a last hit. o vo Though farming, getting ganks, and positioning are VERY useful.Here's a set of "Summoner Academy" videos:
