Yep, you certainly know how to use a pencil. I see two ways of watching this piece: If you look at it as an attempt to "copy" the reference photo and achieve an realistic look several "flaws" strike the eye. I, on the other hand, look at it from an artistic point of view and see it as a really nice piece of artwork. You have an unique style, and I recommend that you keep it up.

Things I like:
- Excellent range of shades, from absolute black to white. It takes guts to darken things that much.
- nice work in the collarbone area and the front of the neck
- nice positioning and posture
The things that look odd to me:
- the two eyes are so dissimilar. I've no doubt that it was that way in the photo, but they look like they're off of two different people. Her right eye is so open and wing-shaped by her nose, but her left is giving me a look like i'm up to no good.
- the hair is shaded flat. at first I thought she was wearing a hood.
- the place where her neck meets her shoulder on the left looks a bit sharpish. Especially in a woman, the transition from neck to back is usally pretty smooth.

Nice job. I really like the eye on the right and the way her hair is shaded.
