it's not that the girls is stunning...it really is the technical quality of the "High Key" form of composition. The contrast range is perfect, and the skin texture is not lost in the high values.Β

I'm not expert but judging where the shadows are, and unless the photo was horizontally flipped, I would say that seems like a great light source on her top right, and she must have had other not so strong front to her face, as otherwise most of her right side would be in shade and it isn't... but this is only my enthusiastic guessing which may be totally wrong!
