Synopsis: For years, the Kingpin has been known as the most powerful and feared crime lord in New York. But when he gets elected as Mayor, he awaits to fully use his political and criminal powers on the heroes that call NYC home. Outlawing vigilantism from street-level heroes to even the likes of the Avengers, a war soon brews between Fisk and the heroes. But will our heroes be able to put an end to the devil's reign?
