The One Piece Villains win hands down. There are four Logia users, each of them controlling a powerful element. No one from any of the other anime can use Haki to hurt them, and one of them can create black holes. One Piece FTW

I'm sorry to say this, but the One Piece Villains would not win hands down. Haki is similar to ki from Dragonball, spirit pressure from Bleach, and I'm pretty sure it's close to chakra from Naruto. Between Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece it's pretty hard to determine which of the strongest villains are the strongest from each world. However, I'm sure the strongest villains from DBZ are stronger than the villains from the other worlds.

I will agree most big name DBZ characters can blow up planets. However Haki is not like any of those things, it is yet to be fully explained outside of vaguely stating it's a latent ability that people have. It has no characteristic similar to what you are comparing them to. Ki and chakra are the same thing but used differently in the source material, mainly it is just the us of inner power to control natural energy. Spiritual pressure is just the weight of the spiritual energy someone has not the source of the power, spiritual pressure is like a power level in DBZ. Haki on the other hand is like a fighting style that uses the will and talent of the user to improve their power and can gives them the ability to do damage to the intangible forms of logia users. No one in any of the other shows has that kind of power, nor could they just magically have it if they were to crossover. Goku would have to train at least as long as Luffy to learn how to use haki at all, and Luffy spent years fighting before he even knew it was a thing.

If Goku were to learn about it, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have that hard of a time, at least, learning how to use it. He has more fighting experience than Luffy and it didn't take that long for Luffy to master it. All Goku would need is the right teacher or something.

Goku is not part of that universe, so to him Haki isn't something he can learn. That is like Saying Luffy could learn how to use and master Ki, then preform a Spirit Bomb. I'd say it's like Luffy learning how to fly, but he already did..... Also this is just about villains.

What I'm saying is if he *were* apart of that universe then it wouldn't be impossible or a stretch to say he could learn the ability. Luffy would be the same case if were in the dbz universe.

This is an excellent piece, just a few things:
1.) Why Jango as opposed to his former superior, Kuro? Just for variety, or because he's more fun?
2.) Some guys, such as Kuma, Mihawk, and Smoker aren't complete villains, and Crocodile is still evil, just not as much so as he used to be.
3.) Moriah looks tiny, and he appears to be missing his feet. Was that image copied from somewhere?
4.) Ulquiorra looks disproportionately tall.
Just my thoughts, but good job.
