I don't believe in total chemical problems... I mean depression wise lol there are so many things like down syndrome and such and yes... well... anyway its almost always in the mind... whether the person can see it or not is the question

I used psp 7 and 8 for the manip to the photo, though it was mostly coloring and layer work. The only actual filter I used was to create a negative.
