I always tear up too. Though the large party at the end, and Jareth in Owl form always makes me feel lighter than air. Β

I recently watched it because Mishka had and mentioned how much she loves the soundtrack, so then I had the urge to pop it in.

Yes ma'am! I've been a fan for about 6 years now? saw it in my college years and it was my comfort movie for years. it still gives me happy feels and yup, ALWAYS tear up at the end when "Should you need us." dialogue starts. And eeeeee! I'm SO HAPPY that you knew that owl at the end is Jareth! I have known many people who had no idea! and I was like, "...how could you not..."

Try not to equate your worth with your purpose in life - they are two different things

Just by being alive you have value, worth.

what your purpose is...well you will figure it out, but know it changes

There is not a straight line from your birth to your death. It is fluid, with the potential to take many paths.
