Its called Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. But i suggest you read Phantom Blood first.

indeed! you should start right from the becinning. In the US the JoJo series start from Stardust Crusaders, but in Japan it has three parts before it: Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency..
