So I'm sort of working on a series of pieces that feature angels that aren't really the typical Christian image of angels. It seems to be a theme that I like to keep coming back to visit.

I am very please with how this one turned out. It was so much fun to do. I played with several tricks that I saw in a book by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law. The colors in this image are still a little bit off, so I might upload are more accurate one later.

Anyway, this angel is kind of a version of the Leanan Sidhe. Very flashy and enticing, but also mysterious and elusive, which is how I often find inspiration.
