Well, almost seems like a record, huh?This makes 3 submissions this month...
Anyways, ever since G4 came out, I decided to draw my ponysona, Dreamstar, as an attempted G4-style - this is my first attempt.
Usually Dreamstar has a happy expression, however I decided to try for a more upset one - namely, being lost.
And as an added point of interest - the background is my very first attempt at a purely tablet-created... well, creation.
There was no original background drawn by traditional means (as is all my drawings up to date), here I decided to give drawing a complete background with my new tablet a go.
So... how did I do?

Aww... cute ^^ I had heard about the phenomenon of young adult males liking My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, so being a 21-year-old guy, I decided to watch the first episode... and I was hooked. XD I've only seen two episodes so far, but I can't wait to see the rest.

Haha yeah... I heard it too, and I think one of the biggest draws of FiM is that it's not as focused on females only, like G3 was - that was my greatest hate of G3.
G4 (FiM) has male ponies also, and actually has a plot to each episode, AND has humour..
You have to see the other episodes - seriously, you won't be able to watch them fast enough!

Yes, I always saw them as being on some kind of scale... Bubbles on the happy, innocent end, uh... *can't remember the names* TEH ANGRY ONE on the other end, and teh red one.. Blossom? Which was Blossom? Well, she was in the middle.. like teh neutral one..
Well if you draw, you can improve on that skill, y'know!
Might I humbly suggest you use a picture of an MLP as a reference while drawing, however?

Yeah, I haven't been drawing much because I shared a room with my unfriendly brother until last summer... but thankfully, now I have my own room now and I can do what I what (like sleep naked - I'm typing this from my bed after I just woke up!

Yeah, it felt great! Especially since I haven't slept naked in a really long time actually (mostly because it was so cold during the winter, but it took a while to try it again since I was so tired and overwhelmed by school...)

Hm, let's see - since everyone would be naked and free and there would be all kinds of bodies, everyone should be more accepting, so it should be illegal to be rude toward others for not having perfect bodies. Also, there should be huge public baths just like in ancient times.

Yeah. Actually, apparently kids that grow up nudist actually have a greater self-esteem when it comes to their bodies - that in itself promotes how much better it would be if nudity was okay.
And there is no such thing as perfect bodies, just bodies perfect for the individual.
Hehe I'd want it to be in a warm place.. 
And I dunno.. I want to!! I want to have a nice large countryside property someday where I can create my own little world, my own little "civilisation" where nakedness is part of it, sorta like a little fantasy.

Exactly, that's just just logic... and haha, I understand - I think I'm a rare exception to typical Americans.
I've thought about that too... maybe I'd feel better in a country that's more relaxed toward nudity, like many parts of Europe (for example, there's a video on Youtube called "family naturists" that show that... it's hard to imagine any country whose attitude toward nudity is as warped as the U.S.) DX Obviously, a man making coffee in his kitchen naked isn't going to hurt anyone. In a country like America, though, he's perceived as a threat in some way, because the culture is so warped by fear from watching countless stories of pedophiles and other predators... so somewhere along the line, America decided to adopt a mindset that all nudity is grossly sexual and wrong... it makes me sick to be attached to a group of people who think that way...

The U.S. is really going downhill - it really distresses me to hear people talk about how proud they are to live in a "free country," when that really isn't true...
I've heard about the things the U.S. has done, too... plenty of things hidden from the public. I saw an awesome video that compiled a bunch of horrible things the U.S. has done, set to the song "What a Wonderful World," and the video was called "God Bless America" or some ironic title like that...

Actually, I don't think that belief that the more you work the happier you'll be is isolated to just the USA.. people tend to believe the more money you can earn, the happier you'll be. It's probably the same drabbled my own father goes on about, he goes off at me if I try doing something for myself, or try to write my novel, or do art, or anything like that because I "haven't got a job yet".
Right now I'm doing a course at Northtec, so it's not so much.. but he tends to be against me doing creative stuff because it's not "constructive"... yes, I know, what I do IS constructive.. THEN he orders me off my computer (where I am doing my creative thing) and tells me to watch TV instead. Yep.

That's true - I've encountered plenty of intelligent Americans, but the stupid ones really stick out to the point that the U.S. is stereotyped as a stupid country, since it's home to people like Paris Hilton, Kevin Federline, and that lady that sued McDonald's when she spilled hot coffee in her lap.

Well, I think the human body is slowly becoming more acceptable... I'm always hearing about more celebrities willing to pose nude, which used to be incredibly shocking just a few decades ago. Plus, I think people are just getting sick of the old, tired views about the human body being shocking and obscene (at least that's what I've interpreted.)

Yeah, I think there are alot more people out there who are fine with nudity than society wants to admit - it's just that most people are afraid of the "shame" and whatnot that society will put over them for speaking up on it.
But it will soon happen, I believe, where public nudity will once more be okay in society.

Oh yesh, dad does that. We will be trying to watch a TV show, or a movie, and dad will then (a number of times) comment on how stupid it is, or provide unneeded negative narration, or even just waiting for the movie or show to start again after the commercials, THEN switch it to teletext, or start flicking through the channels to "see" what else is on.
The other night my brother and I were watching Two and a half men, and he said "If there are no objections, I'm going to change the channel." My brother and I both objected, because we were watching it, so dad said "I'm changing the channel." GO, DEMOCRACY!!

I think so too, since there are countless people whose voices have never been heard... Well, I think nudity is a lot of fun to talk about! It helps me escape from my current life situation of living in a house where I've grown up being taught that nudity is wrong... plus, my family has been acting so depressed in the past few years.
I don't know how my dad developed such a horrible sense of humor - seriously, I've seen all kinds of comedy-based movies and TV shows, and you would never see his style of "humor" anywhere... I guess he's attempting narration-based humor like mystery science theater 3000 or beavis & butt-head watching music videos, but his humor is so poorly executed, it's surreal... everyone in my family but him very visibly hates his jokes, but when we act offended or annoyed, he laughs to himself - so basically, he's telling jokes only to amuse himself, not caring that others wish he'd stop. It's pathetic...

Yeah, I see exactly what you mean. My girlfriend is keen on the nudity part, although she once "jokingly" asked her mum if she'd ever let her be a nudist, and her mum came out with a straight "no"...
And I like to talk about it too, because the fact that "you have to be covered up" and "nudity is indecent and wrong" is a TOTAL pet peeve of mine. So I usually might ask people what their thoughts are on nudity and stuff.

But then he can be a total pain in other ways - he usually goes aggro just for me being on the internet (he doesn't like me using it), or if my brother or I receive a text message, and even when I get SICK!! If I get the flu or bronchitis (I get bronchitis annually, like clockwork), he will bitch about it, and go off at me for coughing and stuff..

I am TOTALLY different in heaps of ways from the rest of my family. I'm the only creative soul in it - the others are all "hands on" and stuff... so of course I'm going to get bad stuff for it from daddy dearest. My brothers don't mind me and the way I am, though, thankfully.

I knew that as a kid too, and it's true that Americans can be that stupid, but Justin Bieber is Canadian - it's unusual because I'm sure that most Canadians are a lot smarter than Americans (not to mention friendlier, too.) That's why I've always been intrigued by Canada - it's just on top of the U.S., but it seems like such a nicer place to live (one of my best friends is Canadian, too. )
That's the sad truth... Americans have decided to demonize all nudity, as if nudity is to blame for how screwed-up people act - it's actually the other way around, because the taboo attitude toward nudity has led to people becoming more perverted.

Yeah, my dad really doesn't care that nobody but him laughs at his "humor," but he's also pretty oblivious about the world around him in general, like putting on my mom's pants and jackets and saying "it was the first thing I saw!" How embarrassing to everyone... I'm always making sure I won't end up like that.

Yeah, I just got back from a family reunion trip, and having to spend a good amount of time in close contact with my other 3 family members at the house we stayed at really got on my nerves.
