Yes they can bend but they won't stay in place by themselves (as she doesn't have double joints). Maybe one day, on a new version xD

Aww. Wanted to try, but resin and silicone is hard to get in norway, but the biggest issue is figuring out how to do joints

Wood or plastics pearls really are helpful to create perfect round joints! For a first try just stay on something simple, that's really not that hard. If you already have a BJD you can look at how it's done and then.... try 
Oh that's sad if silicon and resine are hard to get in your country :/ Maybe you can buy in France and ask if they send it out? I buy my stuffs here -> www.espritcomposite.com/
