Just thought for the sake of doing SOMETHING id upload this...Smitten Soup, In the last week or so i made a really nice pumpkin soup and for once made a decent picture on top with the cream.
*shrugs* tell me what you think, if you have any suggestions then i shall re edit, cause i cant think properly atm...

Cooking is awesome, and cooking for people you love and seeing how they enjoy it is all the more satisfying
i practice each time i make the soup (which isnt very often maybe a couple of times every winter.)
Now with the cream, if its too heavy it sinks, too light/thin then it can get really whispy-ish.. i have yet to find the perfect cream..
