o0o0o and another thing i forgot to mention....the title is really really cool, and i think the beauty of the "she" compared to the innocence of the younger girl in the corner is such a....an awesome contrast. *is a contrast freak* *sighs* heh, im a freak in general

Love your use of brushes, the red ones with the black around...
What I would do to complete this if it was my work would be add something over the top of everything to give it the feel of one image. It would still keep the collage effect that I assume you were going for .
My suggestion would either be add a lighting filter to all layers.. say a spotlight going from the top right down to the girl at the bottom left.
The other option would be too aply an over image or a brush. An over image such as a texture image and then adjust the layer properties so it is transparent.
But finally and probably the best option would be to aply a large texture brush. I would recomend checking out microchaotic [link] brushes. Assuming you are using photoshop. Her dusty grunge ones could look really well over this.
