They say to hold onto something dear,That is close to your heart.
How am I supposed to hold onto it,
When it destroys me from the inside out.
You are like rust within me,
Eroding my once glowing soul.
Struggling I still grasp onto you,
As your everything to me.
How many times I've cried over you,
You've never been saturated by my tears.
I've done everything to erase you,
To make me forget what I savoured.
Yet, this burden hurting me inside,
I carry along with me, alone.

Hehe like others, i can relate perfectly. I guess a lot of us are getting over ex-boyfriends of doom... *shrug*

In a twisted way.... even though it hurts it's kind of good that all the emotional pain from our ex's we can all relate to, that is we aren't alone as we sometimes feel we are because there are other people going through exactly the same sh*t as us so there will always be someone to talk to who clearly understands

Very strong visual images... it makes me want to paint, capture the image. Photoshop is calling to me. hehe

LOL is it fun when everyone is asleep. Sometimes I walk behind my house to a park and swing on a swing. No one is a round, its silent and beautiful, all I have is the stars above me. I do this all the time over the summer....and guess what?.....summer has kinda begun

Wow, swinging outside under the stars sounds fun. All I have behind my house is an alley and a shopping center.
I never wake people up in the morning, I love the feeling of being the only one awake and having the house to myself. I'm always disappointed when the first person wakes up. I'm the kind of person who's completely content being alone. I have dozens of friends regardless.... cause I feed and comfort wounded wild animals, well the human equivalent of them.
That went off into a tangent, wow. *yawns* I'm going to go find more food and NOT let myself take another painkiller.

I feel like pouncing on random people who I don't know and confusing them (gotta love that random deviant button) but in a few minutes when I'm tired of doing that I'll go play with photoshop and see if I can transfer the picture your poem put in my mind onto this evil machine.
What time is it where you are? Cause it's like 6:30 am here. lol I fell asleep at 7:00 last night and woke up at 2 am this morning.
It is amusing to be wide awake at 3 am and get the entire dark house to myself to prowl until other people wake up.

Gosh, can I relate! LOL, I want to impale his stomach with my stiletto boots. I hate when I see him and he's happy-- like, "you hurt me so bad, and you're HAPPY?! How dare you be happy when you killed me inside!"

Ugh! I know. My ex just lives his life like I was nothing to him. I'm simply erased. Boy am I so close to making a voodoo doll of him just to punish/teach him a lesson. I learnt so much from him, yet looking back I noticed how childish and arrogant he could be. Grrrr.

lol.i saw it on a documentary here and on a simpsons episode (we get at least an hour to two hours a DAY of simpson repeats lol) patty and selma made on of homer and stuck pins in his eyes.
