Description
This OC is a AU character from a AU where Timmy has a younger non identical twin brother.

Thomas Dennis Turner or Tommy or Tomtom to his mates and brother, is the younger non identical twin of Timmy, born 10 minutes after him. While Timmy is know for his buckteeth and pink hat, Tommy is recognized by his black and white hair and green bell hat. To some, mainly Francis and Vicky, the bell is annoying but to others and Tommy himself, the bell actually helps with stress levels but the hat has been debelled in the past but Tommy has dozens of replacements. Tommy has also been called names as well like his older twin but most relate to his hair. He hates being called Skunk boy or Skunky McGoo. But he prefers being called Badger boy and little Badger. This is because he claims that the badger is his spirit animal.

Since he shares Cosmo, Wanda and Poof with Timmy, Tommy tends to make semi responsible wishes. But he too can have his own irresponsible wishing moments as well. Much like with Timmy, Tommy doesn't get along with Crocker much but at least his grade is a bit better than Timmy's as his tends to stay in the C area and not F. Getting a F causes him to go into a panic like mode and rocks back and forth. This is due to fear of Mr and Mrs Turner yelling at him as he hates being yelled at by the parents and if it happens, it takes a while for Timmy to calm his little brother down.

The dynamic between him and Timmy is akin to Cosmo and Wanda with Timmy being Cosmo and Tommy being Wanda. Since Timmy takes after his mom's side in terms of gene pool, Tommy takes after his dad. Especially since he's a bit taller than Timmy by a inch but it's hardly noticeable. Like Timmy, he hates spinach with a passion as well a cabbage casserole but other vegetables like carrots, steam broccoli with cheese he's cool with. He does have a sweetooth but his is under control. He has a sugar craving spike once or twice a month and when it happens, he eats alot of sweet things until he can't move and big but he has a high metabolism so the fat is burned away overnight.

He also likes Trixie Tang like his brother but he never dares approach her since he knows her boundaries but he fears Tootie, and later Chloe, with a passion. But unknown to his brother, Tommy is quite in touch with his feminine side since he enjoys going into makeup shops and other places but he still video games and stuff. But to avoid his friends and brother finding out this secret, he tends to dress up like a girl not to be the laughing stock and embarrass his twin. Wanda supports this and tends to be the one to go with him to these shops.

He is also super protective of his godbrother Poof Cosma so when Timmy is about to wish for a extreme wish, Tommy's the one to secretly counter it.
