Description Last progress for tonight on my 1/25 scale AMT 1958 Plymouth club sedan short-track racer.

I added an oil cooler and upgraded the ignition system for reliability purposes since this is supposed to be a vintage racing league/track day/historic short track racing car inspired by the original #777 finned Plymouth that was totaled on the racetrack around 60 years ago by the late great Marty Robbins, added a side exit tailpipe, permanently joined the floor & frame rails and added wheels permanently, decided to take out the frame brace since I decided it didn't look/fit like I wanted it to, and permanently attached the chrome trim, including the hood trim which isn't shown here.
And the last thing I will need to make for the interior are 2 braces for the rear portion of the cage, with the instruments, switch panel and rear view mirror in and a long throw remote shifter made to go with the 3-speed manual Plymouth transmission, and the fire extinguisher setup complete along with the fuel and cooling systems.

The slightly marbled paint will be lightly aged with pastels when dry enough to fully handle, so that it will be dusty and less glossy and look like it's been raced.
