More poses this time simple and general standing around poses . I have been spending time reading books and watching how people move much more closely and looking at stock images Its helped me improve a great deal .You are free to use this sheet as references for your own drawings. The anatomy may not be perfect but it may help spark some ideas.

also Has helped me a lot with learning how the human anatomy works, I suggest if you want to learn how to draw poses and anatomy to go to her gallery and check out her stock she has a huge collection. I often sketch her poses myself to practice. So keep at it and I hope this sheet helps you improve your art as it did for me!
