The pink shadows draw the most emphasis, and that rocky-edge to the far left isn't shaded at all.
I like how irritating everything is. The contrast and textures are certainly abrasive and the white flowers, which are expected to be beautiful, are just disgusting and everywhere. Like scabs, like weeds. My eyes keep staring at the background trying to discern more detail, but the detail's just not there and it's all so irritating. Looking at this is actually making my head itch. So you nailed-it, I think.
