Solace is a street punk who set up territory around a Chinatown in a human town. He once terrorized the town for four months before they offered him eel as a peace offering. He takes the eel as payment for leaving the residents and business owners alone before the curfew. Once the curfew is active, Chinatown becomes his territory and he will beat up anyone who trespasses (women and children are no threat to him so he lets them pass). He has a loud mouth and often gets in trouble for using it; His face mask was given to him by one of the residents as a joke (it says 'Silence' in Chinese on it).
