Description Got to meet Joe R. Lansdale, one of my favorite authors and one of my most fave horror writers. His short story "Night They Missed The Horror Show" is undoubtedly one of the most brutal, unflinching, horrifying stories I have ever read. On a par with Theodore Sturgeon's "Bright Segment". It was Lansdale's horror novels and short stories that got me to notice his Jonah Hex for DC/Vertigo that led me to the early Hex stuff in Weird Western Tales. And ever since Jonah Hex is easily one of my top 5 comic characters of all time.

Goddamn I was stoned LOL
