To be one with the owl, one must master the wings of Decidueye, and by that, I mean becoming a master ranger/archer. According to Decidueye Pokedex, it is said that "As if wielding a bow, it launches the arrow quills hidden among the feathers of its wings. Decidueye's shots never miss."
