This time I did Kekkaishi! This, folks, is my favorite anime. I love it so much and it's the best thing ever. I mean, come on, the first episode I saw was a filler episode and I fell in love with the series. Twas love at first site.
This series needs more recognition and you must go read it or watch it at once. I need to rewatch it and soon I'm going to read the manga. C:

2. Oh, look, it's the main character. His name's Yoshimori. He's basically the Edward Elric of this series. He's short. And he's easily irritated. Not to mention he's like the most powerful Kekkaishi like ever pretty much. He's up there, at least. Plus, he's the protagonist. He's not QUITE Ed, though. He loves coffee milk and constantly defends his mother, who, like Ed's father, is like never around.
He sleeps in class all the time, too, which creates some fun filler as well. The filler in this series is amazing. One of my favorite parts, actually. That's not something you can say with most anime.
I love his whole family so much. I'd include them all in here if I could. They are the best family ever. 8D His father, especially. He writes and cooks dinner every day and he's pretty much the best Dad ever. He wins Dad of the Year award. Given out by Tater. And no one else.

Edit: Also, Yoshimori and Edward Elric have the same amazing voice actor so yup. C: Yoshimori's a cool dude.

3. My favorite thing about Yoshimori is his passion for baking. It's great. This is what he loves doing in his free time. Pretty much everyone he knows, other than his father who is the best, hates that he likes baking so much. He even meets this ghost that helps him with baking and they make cakes together and man. He's an awesome baker. Even the people that hate the fact that he bakes like the cakes he makes. It's great seeing him be passionate about something. He doesn't like his nighttime job.

4. Ah, good old Tokiko, Tokine's grandmother. I don't actually not like her, to be honest. She's amazing. I got too lazy to find the real character I don't like. The Princess of Kokuboro. I disliked her sooooo much. :I But yeah, got too lazy to really look to hard for episodes where she actually does something, so stare at Tokiko instead.

5. Only thing I don't like about Tokiko is what she shares with Yoshimori's grandfather, Shigemori. They're determined to keep the 400 year old feud between their families going. I...like it and don't like it at the same time. It's kinda annoying but kinda necessary to the series at the same time so you know.

6. Yoshimori and Yurina. Even though they don't like each other, Yurina's friends think she likes him which leads to the only annoying filler in the series. It's cute, though.

7. Yoshimori and Tokine. Pretty much the whole series I just sat there like "Come on, Yoshimori, she doesn't like you so move on plz thanks."
I don't like canon pairings. Very rarely can you find one I like. This is one of many I despise.

8. Anytime Shigemori fights with anyone is hilarious. End of story.

9. Gen, how dare you die. :U You were one of the best characters.
Such a sad scene.

10. I love this scene, where Yoshimori makes cake with a ghost and gives it to the ghost's brother so that the ghost can move on since the ghost thinks his brother hates him. It's such a nice scene. c:

11. Yoshimori: *stalkstalkstalk* "I LIKE YOU I mean hi"
Tokine: "Lol you creeper you're so weird and such a slacker and why do you like baking weirdo go away."
That's about half the series. It's fun seeing Yoshimori's feelings get hurt, for some reason. So in the end it's all good.

12. FAVORITE EPISODE EVER. I love how Yoshimori's like always in the way and then this episode comes along and no one can function without him. Plus, that outfit XD
