Cowboy Bebop is one of the most popular and well-known anime of all time. It aired in Japan in 1998, and in North America in 2001. The series revolves around a green haired protagonist named Spike Spiegel, who is an excellent marksman and a master of martial arts. He's a bounty hunter. And like most anime protagonists he comes off as rather cocky. The series is set in the late 20th century, and its basically a combination of futuristic themes with film noir. And it was one of the shows that resparked my interest in anime. The series lasted for 27 episodes. And in 2001, around the same time it came to America, a movie for it was made. Admittedly, the show has also influenced my drawing style and my flair for action.

Yeah. Its a short series. But its been an influential show for about 20 years now.

i mean, we had to learn about it during my animation history class. 

It is welllll worth it. Spike (the main guy) is kind of everything I want George to be like.
