Returned to the old OC sketch and continuing to draw the char = )
The idea of the pic came to me when I thought about that idiom in my native language
*канцелярская крыса* (it meaning is the same as Eng idiom *pen-pusher/paper-pusher/office drudge* but the direct translation is clerical rat/ stationery rat which is amusing I think %)
He is based a bit on Sir Humphrey Appleby (char from my fav sitcom YesMinister)

мышеОС = канцелярский крыс %)
