Yesterday I finished the book "THE SILMARILLION", so inspiring, I have some sketches about the birth of the Middle Earth, the Valars and Valinor over here, was my favorite part and I dont find many pictures about that. In this picture I tried (just an attempt) to paint the Valar "Ulmo", the valar of water (in the book is a kind of "secondary god"), who never adapt the human appareance and is most time alone in the deep ocean. However is the main Valar fighting against the darkness in the world and help to build the most beautiful and hidden city, Gondolin. In my mind was something like that, with not a defined shape. I hope you like it.
