Autonomous Republic of Mozambique:
After a brutal guerrilla war leading to Angolan independence in late 1946 when the Iberian military was still weak following unification and a purge of the right leaning officer staff in both nations Mozambique found a diplomatic solution to a avoid a war like Angola. They decided to remain seperate from the Iberian Autonomous Administration of the African Territories and instead have a different degree of autonomy where they will have almost complete control of internal affairs, be allowed to send delegates to the Iberian Council, and be allowed to do their own actions in some external affairs with other countries outside of Iberia.
