I'm sorry, I don't have a better light...Either way, these 2 are Frederick (aka Frederic or Fred) and Dasha (Dashenka) Malyshev.
Dasha is the 2nd child of the Malyshev family and Frederic is the 5th and youngest one.
This picture was taken (WTF did I just wrote...) in Leningrad (all the Malyshev kids were born there, save the 3rd one) in 1996, when Fred was about 5.

Well, she has a whole bunch of reasons, first one being jealousy. After all, Dasha was like her, mostly, but she'd rather talk to Grigorij or no one at all, and so Irina felt left behind. And after Grigorij left, Dasha just stood up for Fred, since he was so young, way too much for Irina's liking.

Right because unlike her mother, Dasha doesn't cause trouble or manipulate people, and she isn't whoring herself around like Irina did when she was young because Dasha was in relationships that went sour and is actually a better mother than she'll ever be,

Exactly, Dasha gave herself to her kids' dad because she truly did believe he loved her deeply, seeing as they had been together for a long time, and yet ended up thinking of herself as a terrible person because of what Irina told her. Although Fred would always stand up for her.

And when the kids were born she proved Irina wrong

Indeed, although Irina would consider Dasha's kids to be annoying and useless, seeing as Dasha is her mom to begin with, and after all, she wouldn't mind hitting them.

Until Gosha bites her and yells at her, "Don't you DARE touch my sister!"

Irina would try to hit them both hard and Fred would probably have to stand between them, while Irina would frown and shout, "STop! Those kids are just as usueless as you!"

And Fred would snap and slap Irina.

And Irina would gasp and glare at him, "How dare you?!"

Fred would glare dangerously at her, "Do NOT touch them or I will do something we will both regret!" and he would grab the kids and leave the house.

And Irina would stare at him in disbelief while the kids would just look up at Fred a bit sad, "Is it over now...?"

Fred would sigh and smile, "Yeah, it's over now."

Marija would cry and hug Fred by the waist while sobbing, while Gosha would frown, "...she was being really mean..."

Fred would sad and hug Marija, "I know, Marija..she's mean to everyone."

Marija would sob and cling onto him sadly, "Why..w-why does she haye u-us..."

Fred would be sad, "I don't know...but I know she hates me the most."

Marija would shake her head and cry, "Well she shouldn't! S-she's a meanie if s-she does!" And Gosha would look up at Fred and pout sadly as well.

Fred would hug her, "...I don't know Marija....I honestly don't know anymore..."

Marija would sniffle a bit and hug him back, "She.. she made mommy cry before you got back..."

Fred would be upset by that and hug her, "...I don't why she's doing those things to you all...."

Marija would look up at him and hug him more, "Mommy was sad because of you too... she was having a fight... but then..then she cried and..and... before you came back, it aas scary.." and she'd sniffle a bit.

Marija would look up to him and wipe her eyes, "What...what are we gonna do now..?"

Fred would perk up, "I'm going to take you back to your mom's place, and I'll call her and let her know what happened."

Marija would cry a bit and cling onto him, "Mommy will be scared..."

Fred would nod, "I know, but at least you didn't get hurt."

Marija would sigh and cling onto him, "But it'll be alright now, right?'

Marija would cry a bit and cling onto him, "...Alright..."

And Gosha would be mad, "I can't believe that woman is our grandma, and that's she's yours, mom's uncle Nikolaja nd Lev and aunt Natalia's mom!"

Gosha would look at Fred, "Why do you stay with her uncle Fred, she's a demon! if she was willing to hurt Marija I don't want to know what she does to you when we're not around!"

Fred would blink and smile a bit, patting Gosha's head, "It's fine, you shouldn't really worry about that. And besides, I can handle her by now whatever happens"

Gosha would still be upset, "That doesn't mean you have to keep living with her! You already paid for your own school, you have a job, you can leave whenever you want, I don't want her to hurt you, she's a monster uncle Fred, and if you don't leave soon she might hurt you and cause serious damage that not even uncle Nikolaj can fix....I want you to take care of yourself uncle Fred, just because you're the youngest of five kids it doesn't mean your mom can treat you like that. And you know what, I don't even consider that woman your mother, and I sure as heck don't see her as my grandmother."

Fred would smile a bit and chuckle, "Oh wow, you're a lot like your mother, huh? Talking like that" and then he'd sigh, "Anyhow... I told you, Gosha. It's fine. She can't hurt me, she's tried to do worse and I am still here, aren't I? And I know I gotta pay and look after myself, but I can't leave yet... not of the age. They'd bring me back" and he'd shrug a bit.

Gosha would frown, "Well I hope your eighteenth birthday comes soon, because I want you away from that woman, even if you're still a minor! And that's the thing, uncle Fred, Irina is trying to destroy you and you said she did worse things to you but you have to remember who you're dealing with. When I look at her, I see someone who's soulless, has no compassion and how she always gives you those deadly stares. And I'm scared that things will get worse unless you leave her soon..... I just want you to be careful around her and try to make it to eighteen."

Fred would walk with him and sigh, "I know, she is quite... well... listen,Gosha, she is extremely dangerous, true that. And she has done terrible things, may it be in general or to me, but I'll make it... it's fine.." and he'd ruffle his hair a bit, "Just stop worrying so much for me, okay? I'll be alright..."
