i have a problem with the color palette and the colors and kinda the character in general.
first: she's basically flowey but nice and bubbly and that isnt really... original. (dont get me wrong flowey is nice in the end but yeah)
second: she shouldn't have all of the souls (i know that she doesnt have the determination soul) because they were scattered everywhere and possibly gone for good.
third: the multiple colors on the petals are impossible and even still that undertale is a game the flowers dont look like that, even flowey.
maybe just go with the blue so it doesnt look so unnatural or 'special snowflake'-ish
fourth: the unoriginal fighting style. maybe instead of 'bullets' like seeds or ladybugs or something. but im cool with the vines.
Random stuff that i kinda have a problem with: The fears are kinda... normal and like pretty much everyone has atleast one or two of those fears. maybe so something like the fears are... dogs, bird poop, shoes. etc. (just an example) the dislikes are also kinda like the fears so maybe mess around with them.
thats really it? she seems cool and seems like she could get along with edward(one of my ocs for undertale) tho he's kinda scary ^^'
