It's the new Chekov from Star Trek XI!
As much as I adore Walter Koenig,
Anton Yelchin has completely stolen my heart and ran with it.
He's just too adorable! Not to mention he's actually Russian ;]
I'm an old time Trekkie, but I love the new movie too.
Spock has always been my favorite character,
And as much as I simply adore Zachary Quinto,
I don't like this new, alternate timeline Spock,
So, for the new timeline, Chekov is so my man! ;D

Ahem, anyway! The "wiktor-wiktor" is actually supposed to be "viktor-viktor", but because he's Russian, he pronounces his "V"s as "W"s, haha! So that's why he has issues with his authorization code -swoon- I love Russian and German accents, nothing better in the world c;
