Man, and to think after this fight, were gonna have the mid season finally already. With the way these last few fights have gone and hopefully this one as well, that episode is gonna have a lot to follow up.
As for this fight, well, compared to the last two fights we just had, I think the winner here is pretty clear cut (I think Danny can win this with not too much problem).

Hardly even a real fight. Danny's abilities to go intangible and to possess people are both pretty freaking Hax Vs characters without a counter to them. Jake quite literally wont be able to lay a claw on Danny.

Well you'd be surprised ! Jake has fought and punched intangible ghosts before and can see through invisibility.
Though the "possessing argument" still stands, he has more chances than he reasonably should.
