Born to a Ukrainian Military Officer and a Lawyer, Blake Skliar is the oldest out of two younger siblings. Skliar was looked upon as a role model towards both of his younger siblings but he was far from perfect. When it came to the topic of academics, Skliar was the last person people went to for help. His grades weren't plummeting nor were they excelling. His range of knowledge was mostly neural but people would believe that due to the fact that he has a Lawyer for a mother he should be excelling. He hated that label. People always expected so much out of him to which is why he didn't really obtain associates. Becoming isolated, Skliar started to remain to himself as he didn't wish to expose so much of himself. He carried this throughout his years as he used every excuse to avoid people. Skliar was able to avoid people by constantly sticking around his father who had to adapt to a newfound life in America. With a stable job as a dog trainer, Skliar helped his father train sled dogs during the summer months to which further extended Skliar love for animals and the everlasting winter snow. Something about the spine chilling snow and the rapid rush of the breeze brought him closer to the concept of snowboarding and skiing. Suddenly falling in love, he immediately signed up to which he won a single gold medal and two silvers. Once his excitement began to diminish, he was brought back to reality to which he suddenly isolated himself from people once again due to the fact of having to return to the painful reality. Upon reaching his high school years, he began to develop a passion for Chemistry and Science. Skliar was truly fascinated with the idea of Physics and Biochemistry. Creating chemicals and mixing each component, he truly endeavored in that topic with flying liveliness. When the topic of a Science convection suddenly surfaced, he immediately registered and suddenly qualified to join. Immediately designing a prototype, he was able to use Liquid nitrogen components which ultimately won him second place, and also caught the eye of a few colleges. Later, Skliar suddenly agreed to the Department of Biological Sciences as his designated college to which he adored every second of the school. He was given the opportunities in faculty-directed field and lab research, ranging from molecular and cell-based studies to conservation, ecology, animal physiology and toxicology research. Eventually, he was able to discover new knowledge through rigorous scientific experimentation and critical reasoning. Throughout his college years, he was able to gain a Bachelor in Biochemistry and a Master in Nuclear Physics. With these degrees underneath his belt, Skliar believed he could become a scientist. Yet the moment he reached his adulthood he was thoroughly scarred to the point he went permanently blind in his right eye due to a recent encounter. Being rescued by a 3rd Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment unit in the Alaska military force, Skliar wanted to properly acknowledge the people who defended him. He immediately registered to be apart of the USARAK (United States Army, Alaska) or "America's Arctic Warriors". Once he was qualified, Skliar immediately wanted to join Alaska Air National Guard where he was located in Anchorage. After being deployed in Anchorage, he eventually made it to The 176th Wing unit which is composed of more than 1,500 well-trained professional Airmen who integrate seamlessly into all Department of Defense, Active Component, Air Reserve Command, and Defense Support to Civil Authorities operations. Due to this, he was able to gain an Air Medal for his active duty and his recent successful mission that was deemed classified. With his single missions to provide ready and lethal forces to execute state, global, and theater operations. Skliar was able to perform seven unique missions and he also played a critical part in maintaining peaceful relations with Russia. Later on, he gathered a National Defense Medal from the president himself for standing prepared and ready for combat, and his adaptable skills placed him into a position of becoming apart of the Army National Guard. To which he builds and maintains ready units and Soldiers that are prepared to support the Governor and fellow Alaskans for domestic operations and deploy worldwide in support of the US National Strategy. Yet when Skliar wasn't being cycled on missions, he was devising a prototype breaching gadget. People thought he was going to grow up to be as smart as his mother but Skliar disappointed as he wasn't as bright or as brilliant as his mother. I pity him as he told me this was what caused his isolation from society. He even felt guilty when he spoke that his mother and father would often do so much to 'cheer him up'. But not much worked, that was until he was taken to his father's job and built his first sled and snowboard to which helped bring him out of his shell. He even told me about the camping and hunting trips his father took him one to which helped further crack his shell. But he hasn't been able to fully see his potential due to my talks with Specialist Mike "Thatcher" Baker whom of which Specialist Skliar is seen often everywhere. I guess it's due to the fact that he is rather hard to read which makes both Erik " Maverick" Thorn and Jack "Pulse" Estrada intrigued about him since neither of them can fully understand the half Ukrainian half American male. They even told me the time they tried to speak with him, he held a face that was truly solemnly and uninterested but he surprised them when Speaclist Thorn said a joke which caused Specialist Skliar to laugh. Yet when Specialist Estrada asked if Specialist Skliar was wearing a facade, he merely replied: "No, I just know how to understand my emotions rather then faking a face in order to make others happy". He's not afraid to bluntly speak to people even if the truth hurts nor is he afraid to take a life in order to save others. For someone who is sensual, he is oblivious to social queues which is why he struggles with talking to people so he prefers to stand alone. But if push does come to shove, he's willing to work with others in order to get a job over with but if not, he'll do it himself and himself alone. I believe some time with Specialist Mike "Thatcher" Baker might be able to help broaden his range of socializing since he is more opened with Specialist Baker then anybody else.

Finally, a piece of material that is not really advanced and flashy. Simple, and yet complex at the same time.

The lad has a nice taste in style. Devising a compact disk that can be thrown onto any surface, the disk suddenly attaches to said surface with a single epoxy component adhesive. Once it made contact, it sticks and enunciates a beeping noise to signify to others that it is currently activated. So I believe that's the downside to his device. The active beeping yet upon activating it suddenly freezes -320.44°F. When the frost suddenly expands, it reaches a radius of 2 yards and everything that the nitrogen seeps out and touches suddenly becomes fragile to the point of Cryogenic hardening which is a treatment process where the material is cooled to approximately −185 °C. Yeah since liquid nitrogen freezes far below that temperature, its a quick action. Yet the mist just doesn't stop. It freezes both sides of the surface which, if touched, would certainly make someone feel cold. It can also cause frostbite or cryogenic burns, which Blake is covered in running all along his arms. This device can stop a lot of entry denial. Jordan charges? Frozen. Yumiko charges? Frozen. Shuhrat cluster charges? Stopped. It can deny any hard breacher from getting in. Yet, liquid nitrogen is also flammable so if angled correctly. Frag grenades, Vicente crossbow, Ingri pellets, maybe even César Volcán Shield might send it to flames.

In all honesty, they can damage the wall easily since my Liquid Nitrogen causes the surfaces to become fragile, it's just the effects of the nitrogen that causes them to avoid touching it. I pity him as he told me this was what caused his isolation from society. He even felt guilty when he spoke that his mother and father would often do so much to 'cheer him up'. But not much worked, that was until he was taken to his father's job and built his first sled and snowboard to which helped bring him out of his shell. He even told me about the camping and hunting trips his father took him one to which helped further crack his shell. Yet when he got younger siblings, he began to feel more pity as he despised the fact that they looked up to such a 'failure' as Skliar would put it. But he hasn't been able to fully see his potential due to my talks with Specialist Mike "Thatcher" Baker whom of which Specialist Skliar is seen often everywhere. I guess it's due to the fact that he is rather hard to read which makes both Erik " Maverick" Thorn and Jack "Pulse" Estrada intrigued about him since neither of them can fully understand the half Ukrainian half American male. They even told me the time they tried to speak with him, he held a face that was truly solemnly and uninterested but he surprised them when Speaclist Thorn said a joke which caused Specialist Skliar to laugh. Yet when Specialist Estrada asked if Specialist Skliar was wearing a facade, he merely replied: "No, I just know how to understand my emotions rather then faking a face in order to make others happy". He's not afraid to bluntly speak to people even if the truth hurts nor is he afraid to take a life in order to save others. For someone who is sensual, he is oblivious to social queues which is why he struggles with talking to people so he prefers to stand alone. But if push does come to shove, he's willing to work with others in order to get a job over with but if not, he'll do it himself and himself alone. I believe some time with Specialist Mike "Thatcher" Baker might be able to help broaden his range of socializing since he is more opened with Specialist Baker then anybody else.

The lad has a nice taste in style. Devising a compact disk that can be thrown onto any surface, the disk suddenly attaches to said surface with a single epoxy component adhesive. Once it made contact, it sticks and enunciates a beeping noise to signify to others that it is currently activated. So I believe that's the downside to his device. The active beeping yet upon activating it suddenly freezes -320.44°F. When the frost suddenly expands, it reaches a radius of 2 yards and everything that the nitrogen seeps out and touches suddenly becomes fragile to the point of Cryogenic hardening which is a treatment process where the material is cooled to approximately −185 °C. Yeah since liquid nitrogen freezes far below that temperature, its a quick action. Yet the mist just doesn't stop. It freezes both sides of the surface which, if touched, would certainly make someone feel cold. It can also cause frostbite or cryogenic burns, which Blake is covered in running all along his arms. This device can stop a lot of entry denial. Jordan charges? Frozen. Yumiko charges? Frozen. Shuhrat cluster charges? Stopped. It can deny any hard breacher from getting in. Yet, liquid nitrogen is also flammable so if angled correctly. Frag grenades, Vicente crossbow, Ingri pellets, maybe even César Volcán Shield might send it to flames.

In all honesty, they can damage the wall easily since my Liquid Nitrogen causes the surfaces to become fragile, it's just the effects of the nitrogen that causes them to avoid touching it. Just like Dominic or Jalal gadgets. It's merely a denial to their entry)
