Old character in new artstyle.

Makara is from way back; probably one of the first so-called OCs that had decent character design. I recall her backstory being somewhat sympathetic: Young Efreeti noblewomen runs away from home, curious about the mortal world - cue adventure. Very simple in appearences. Don't think she was all-powerful despite her nature, more like a glorified maid if anything.
