This is an incredible artwork, it really is. Not only is the actual art wonderful, but the message it speaks is so very true. And I think that the little graffiti "ERIC BLAIR WAS RIGHT" is simply marvellous, a great touch. I really, really love this.

That is a pretty grim view of the future which you visualized quite effectively in the "boot on the face" way, eh? Reminded me of a scene from the movie Children of Men.

This is such a powerful image. It says so much. Violence, poverty, despair. I've been a fan of Orwell since I was a kid, but it's amazing how the work of an author can continuously impact you on a new level each time you pick up their books.

I especially like the way you handled perspective (two escape points) and how that makes the run-down building in the middle even more overpowering. It sets the mood and it's desperation.

This is amazing. It's great how you've captured the feel of such a deserted, run-down world while still having plenty of colour with those cold blues/greens instead of using just greys. I really love those textures in the clouds too

great work, orwell's great. how sad the only reference or allusion to his work he gets in mainstream culture is 'big brother', which pretty much epitomizes a lot of whats wrong with western society...or maybe that just proves his point
