Hopefully the security guard or the janitor of that place adopts him. The place itself looks so abandoned and silent, maybe that's why nobody take a good care of him.

I took this photo at the top of the mountain, so there's no people up there.
The place is a tiny, quiet exhibition hall with an observation deck.
