In my first play through, it was between her and Futaba for my romantic interest. I ended up picking Makoto.

I couldn't do Futaba at all and Ann was to ugh... I related more with Makoto and felt she had better chemistry with the main character she was just like Naoto without all her annoying quirks that drove me nuts. I agree her S.Link was weak but the dating scenes was very enjoyable.
