Well Zelda's got no chance, since as a princess she was groomed for winning the hearts of her subjects rather than the country's wars.
Ilia has the second worst odds, but only because she's simply outclassed.
Malon, growing up on a ranch and doing all the work for the better part of seven years, would doubtlessly put up a good fight. My money'd be on her.
Midna, of course, would cheat and use those God-modding Twilight powers of hers. Though I get the feeling, even if Midna wins the fight, Link'll be running to Malon's side to see if she wasn't hurt too badly. He's just that nice.
