Well that was a process to make, that's for sure! Lol!This is my first tutorial! :3
Told me a couple times that I should do a tutorial for my eyes, so I thought what the heck I'll do it since I finally had the time to work on it last night and today.
I hope I wasnt too confusing! If you have any questions feel free to ask! :3
If this was really helpful, maybe I'll make more tutorials lol xD
The picture and eye was made in Paint Tool SAI and the tutorial was made in Photoshop CS3. ^^

very nice tutorial. i have a question, is there a water tool in photoshop?? because i cant seem to find it.. >.<

Well I actually made this tutorial in sai, but beside the point; no, ps doesnt have a specific water too, just a brush tool. However you can download all sorts of different brush types and all brushes pretty much have different settings. So you could probably find the brush you could manipulate into doing what a watertool would do. Just play with the opacity and settings. :3
