This is a beautiful capture of the sky. 
I always have to somehow learn not to stare at the sun. >.> That's my issue with this photo, I suppose. The sun seems to be garnering my attention more than the actual sky does. The bottom half of the picture also seems a bit dark, but that's probably due to overexposure from the sun.

I wanted to capture the sun with the sky, and also I wanted the little strip of land to be there almost as if a silhouette.

The atmosphere and mood are both well captured, here!
I really like the hue of blue, although it's a small shame that it's noisy...
I also feel that it is contrasted a bit too much, but other than that, it's a beautiful photo. The framing is great, and the amount of sky within the frame is pretty cool, as well.
