I am... I'm just really really happy with this piece. I've been exploring the "thumbnail" drawing technique, where you start out zoomed very far out, and block in the colors and values, then zoom in to add detail. Its really helping me with my colors and the overall structure of pieces, and I feel like this is my best background ever. This entire thing only took 2 hours, and almost half of that was doing the grass and leaves details. It feels unreal, I'm just so excited for the future works i can do, I never thought I'd be so happy with a background as this. oTL <3

I'm dedicating this piece to KaijuRomance , She is an amazing person, and a patient and caring staff member. I had a really rough time with backgrounds before i joined TWWM, and after joining, I struggled a lot with what I could do, and what I felt would never be worth the time it took. She helped me see the truth, and inspired me to keep trying, to believe in myself and to be serious about improving. Thank you so much for everything you've said and done for me Amai, it means so much more to me than you know.
