Oh! This was at the Memphis Zoo! I just recently (back in January) was on the team that repainted this Carousel (It was in dire need of a facelift). This Carousel was built by The Carousel Works. I hope you go check out your Dragon Horse now with his new fresh coat of paint.

I was looking at one of those restored in the 1980's. It sold for around $18,000.
Anyways, great picture.
The colors are amazing. The jaguar behind it looks pretty cool, too.

it's amazing, our town used to have a wooden carousel eons ago but they took it down

The local zoo has a 'chinese' theme due to the Panda's on loan from China. He's supposed to be some sort of Chinese Dragon. I think he's just pretty tho!
