Description
As winter thickens, Polaris grows increasingly restless. She is uneasy- her children are nearly grown and she can no longer shelter them from dangers- the same kind that still dwell within their borders. Her once tender concern stiffens into cold resolution. Fellfang must unite against that which threatens to sunder them.Β-----------
It is also Polaris' fifth birthday this year. She and Rhaegan were in the first ever litter born in dotw and are two of the oldest remaining characters as well! (Sounds like Aris needs a bit more gray in her coat!) She is a character who is very dear to me.

What a beautiful scenery, it looks like straight from some animated movie! For some reason I came to think about Balto, perhaps because of the snow.Β Β Character also fits perfectly in the landscape due the blueish color which is in harmony with her surroundings. It's also cool how the landscape fades away, creating depth in the picture.

I love the snowy and cold backdrop with its details of trees amid fog and clouds. The shadings and cold shadows on the snow create an eerie, chilling effect for an authentic winter look. Polaris looks resolute and strong despite the wind and snow. Amazing job!
