It's a very good drawing with only a few things I can nitpick about. For starters, it looks like the same black from the hair to the clothes, so it seems, with the arm in back, like they're connected until further investigation. Another issue is the face is too rounded and large (but in art my teacher taught me a 3/4th turn was the hardest to draw). Another thing is the hair. I think it'd seem much more real, practical, etc. if it was on her back instead of behind her left arm.
I really like the bodyshape. It's done almost exactly to how someone of weight gaining would look after a few thousand cheeseburgers. It's spot on and not in perfect circles which definitely gives it a more real vibe. Also, the breasts and tank top are magnificent, and i'm usually not a breast person!
But finally, and last part. I think it is a good drawing, but always hard to pull off an angle like this. If you attempt it again, I hope this will help you! Nice job!
