I hate this drawing which is why there is a scribble through it. I forgot to add my signature so, just letting the world know, that I created this pairing and drew this! I really love this couple idea. Why? Zooey is so innocent and Mephiles needs someone to keep him from killing everyone in sight. I imagine him being extremely over protective over Zooey and her always calming him down and comforting him with loving gestures. Not to mention that opposites attract and they are definitely opposites! Next time I shall draw a better version of my fav odd pairing! The only reason I actually uploaded it was because I wanted to share this couple with the world and also EvilLexie 's drawing of Dr-InSean 's crack pairing inspired me. That, and me and Dr-InSean have been talking about odd couples. Here you go, Dr! Oh, and of course I might have been a little jealous of EvilLexie 's odd pairing... It's just what the...doctor ordered.
So, THIS is the mysterious Crack Ship I've heard so much about. This is VERY creative. It's outside the box, but it gives two minor characters something to do; it's especially good because Zoey pretty much has no personality right now, so a relationship with a more dangerous character could really flesh her out. Personally, I always had a hard time taking Mephilis seriously as a villain (because he loses so many fights and nobody ever seemed scared of him), so giving him someone to play off of (and make him look dangerous by comparison) would give him a jolt of adrenaline. It would also be interesting to see how a humble, small-town girl could possibly convince one half of the world-ending Solaris to give up his quest to become whole again and actually enjoy the world as we know it.
Don't beat yourself up over the drawing; you handle angles a lot better than I do.

THANK YOU!!! I pride myself on creativity! That, too! I felt these characters needed some love and for all those reasons, and more, that is why I created the ship. I have always favored Mephiles as a villain but I didn't think he was ever really got good responses. Oh, yeah. He'd love to look even more powerful with Zooey by his side. He'd probably go around telling people, just to keep his evil rep, "Hey, I scared this girl into falling in love with me." Then Zooey would be like, "You aren't telling them that story again, are you?" I can imagine Zooey would be the only person Mephiles fears! ^^ True, true. She must be really hot or maybe Iblis kicked him out anyway! XD
Oh, I won't. Trust me, I have made uglier. Though it was a long time ago, my first drawing of Sonic still haunts me to this day. One of these days I'm going to have to search for it so I may embarrass myself in front of millions of Sonic fans. I'm so evil to myself. Don't worry, I do love Zooey's tail. ^^

Heh heh heh. I've never seen CSI: Miami, but I know people reference that opening line bit all the time. Must be a very big deal on the show to have made it to dA, because I never see anyone reference other crime procedural shows.
Heh heh heh. Poor Mephilis: clinging so hard to his villain rep that he needs his girlfriend to play along. I guess the arguments in Mephilis-Zoey household will be pretty one-sided, since she could always threaten to tell everyone the truth.
If it makes you feel any better, my early work is atrocious too. Heck, I have a few things on dA now that turned out far worse than I wanted them too.
No problem at all. Endless babbling is so much more fun than the 1-sentence conversations I see everywhere else.

I use to LOVE that show but now I just like it. I haven't been into it much recently. The reason why that is so memorable is because it was in the theme, after every murder was shown the theme would show up and be like, "YEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!" Like a screaming banshee only, apparently cool. XD I wish they refereneced other murder mystery shows because I love a lot. One of my fav themes belongs to a show called NCIS: New Orleans. I can't get it out of my head!
When there out-and-about Mephiles gets the say, with Zooey on the puppet strings. XD Poor Mephiles indeed. I can totally she her making him wear fancy suits and stuff and threatening to ruin his street cred if he didn't do it. XD
Nonsense! I'm sure they look great! ^^ Everything I draw turns out worse but I don't mind. I still enjoy drawing. XD
Oh, totally! I live to endlessly babble! I love ranting as well. I have a pal I can always count on to rant with. Good to know I can endlessly write about junk and you'll still read it! I thought I might have lost your attention a while ago. XD
