OMD, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG THIS TOOK! MY HAND HAS A CRAMP!! BUT IT WAS SOOOOOOO WORTH IT!!! So I had this crazy idea in my head to combine two of my favorite Disney cartoons together and since Phineas and Bill have the triangle thing in common I wondered what Phineas would look like possessed by Bill. BEHOLD PHIL!! MY MASTERPIECE!! I worked really hard on him, highlighting key Bill pieces with an outline of yellow then gave him Phineas' red hair because I think Bill would like it. Messed with his hair style a bit. Most of the outfit would be black but I got so tired so... XD I actually love him and would love to see a world where Phineas and Ferb and Gravity Falls are combined. Imagine the chaos! Bill would take a liking to Phineas, too. XD Let me know what you think. I think it could have been better but let me know.
