OK so the one on the left is not shiny. that is pretty close to the color Turbann is supposed to be, if you look at slowbro, that is the color of the Turbann on his tail. but for some reason when I think of slowbro, the Turbann is a light army green color, I don't know where that came from, but it looks better as green.I assume that in the game there will be two different ways to get a Turbann, either evolve it from a shelder with a complicated process or somehow separate the slowbro from the Turbann but if you do that one, you can never evolve the slowpoke again. I honestly don't know I'm just guessing...

They say Turbann got scrapped, but if you look at an episode of Pokemon that takes place in Alola, Ash and his friends are out on a boat ride where they see numerous Pokemon, including a Slowpoke. Right behind this Slowpoke is a Turbann, who proceeds to latch on the Slowpoke's tail, triggering the evolution into Slowbro.

i think it would be cool if you traded a shellder for a slow bro than the shell falls off of shellder and becomes the turbann on slobro's tail while shellder transforms into a ghastly or a ghost type Lickitung, I mean just look at shelder

in the pokemon games, your slowpoke it turns into slowbro at Lvl. 37, no matter where you are, but slowpoke is supposed to be fishing to gain the Turbann,
