Same argument as last time.

I think ubercharges/heal beams/teleporters are the closest thing any class gets to actual magic.  Unless you count the Bombinomicon bombs and the rain of Jarate.

I can kind of say the reason Twi is usually the Sniper is due to how she studies, but its also because she probably has a good deal of patience in waiting before getting off a round and plugging some unfortunate person in the head.
