I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you're implying. If your point is that since Buddy meet Chara in the judgement hall then maybe frisk is still in there somehow, that's not correct. The very fact that Chara the other shell means that this is an another attempt at the genocide route or an anterate version of them. Whatever the case, they're no mercy in that being, only determination.
