I suppose that would depend on how you interpret the lore in this show and some of its features.
It takes place around the same time Kiara is a cub, so Kion is the same age as her and that does kind of mess up the timeline a bit. The characters of Vitanii, Kovu, Zira, and Nuka do show up in this as well.Β

I should probably rephrase what I said. time linesΒ screw ups I cant forgive. IΒ was trying to get a idea about the quality and age range of the show. I realise its probably a kids show but so is adventure time and adventure time rocks. so is this more "dora the explorer" or "adventure time"?

Well, I can't really make the judgement since I have only watched a couple episodes, but from one I saw, it seems like they tackled some good topics. like the episode where Kion meets a nice hyena and has a second thought on all hyenas not being bad, so it can tackle some interesting topics on not judging one by their race.
